Ovable Home offers a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging
• All accessories and components must be included
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@ovable.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will send you a return authorization number and return shipping address
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship the package to: Ovable Home, 805 N White Sands Blvd Ste F, Alamogordo, NM 88310
5. Include your return authorization number on the package

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return damaged items unless we request them for quality inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or washed
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
